On the evening of February 2, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi introduced sanctions against the People's Deputy "Opposition Platform – For Life" Taras Kozak. A few hours later, his formally owned TV channels 112 Ukraine, NewsOne, and ZIK stopped broadcasting, which caused the expected storm of different feelings. One part of Ukrainians was rejoicing, while the other accused the authorities of attacking freedom of speech. The President's decision will definitely have consequences.
