APCs and symbolic sweets: Five solutions of the week

"Rubryka" makes a small digest of solutions, bringing the Ukrainian victory closer, every Saturday. Please, read and share what happened during the first week of spring 2023 in Ukraine:

• The first "Spartan" armored personnel carriers purchased by the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation are already in Ukraine

Along with the "Spartan," other equipment for maintenance and evacuation also arrived. In total, the fund managed to purchase 101 units of armored vehicles.

The Serhii Prytuly Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian charitable organization that specializes in helping Ukraine's armed forces and victims of the russian-Ukrainian war. Among the most famous fundraisers of the foundation were the "People's Bayraktar" and the purchase of a satellite.

• Ukrainians from over 70 countries raised $630,000 for drones for the Armed Forces

The World Congress of Ukrainians, on the initiative of UNITED24, strengthened the Drone Army with 30 sets of DJI Matrice 300 RTK drones. Drones are already on the front lines.

• Germany will increase ammunition production and repair capacity to support Ukraine

In addition, the German defense concern Rheinmetall began supplying Ukraine with SurveilSPIRE automated reconnaissance systems for monitoring borders and coastal zones and searching for enemy targets and threats.

• Ukrainians raised UAH 60.9 million for DJI Mavic 3T Thermal drones

UNITED24, a fundraising platform, and Ukraine's largest salt producer, Artemsil, have released a limited edition batch of salt to commemorate the first anniversary of the full-scale invasion. The special batch, named 'Soledarity: Ukrainian Rock-Solid Strength,' was made from 20 tonnes of salt previously mined in the now-occupied town of Soledar. The organizers of the fundraiser managed to collect UAH 60.9 mln in a short time.

• Confectionery Honey created a collection of sweets dedicated to a ceramic rooster from Borodianka, which became the symbol of Ukrainian fortitude 

Fifty hryvnias from each box will be donated through the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation to restore trophy equipment.

One of the symbols of Ukraine's fortitude was a kitchen cabinet from the urban-type settlement Borodianka, Kyiv region. It was hanging on the wall in the apartment complex, destroyed by a bomb. Everything in the kitchen stayed intact, even a ceramic decorative jar for drinks in the form of a rooster. The ceramic rooster was made in the 1960s by prominent masters of artistic ceramics from Vasylkiv, Valerii and Nadiia Protoriev.
