So, what should you do to help someone who's been hurt? How do you contact emergency services quickly and effectively? And what should you avoid doing to prevent making the situation worse? Rubryka spoke with Anna Dziuba, a tactical medicine and first aid instructor from the Soloma Cats Charity Foundation, and Yana Horokhova, a paramedic, to find out.
