We recall what Lukashenko has said in recent weeks and compare the facts
Recently, in one of the broadcasts of the Solovyov.Live program, the President of Belarus Lukashenko made several loud statements, which were broken down into quotes and spread on the Internet.
"Ukraine will never be at war with us: this war will last for a maximum of three or four days. There will be no one to fight against us."
"We drew 'red lines.' If you step on the 'red line,' you'll get it!"
And more. The self-proclaimed president managed to say so much that many of these speeches raised fears that we could expect drastic decisions from Belarus.
However, "hot" statements from Lukashenko have never been uncommon; the politician will not skimp on harsh statements. Why is he doing this, what does it mean for Ukraine, and what is happening in Belarus in general, a country ruled by a self-proclaimed president, where a recent crisis on the border with Poland, and military exercises conducted jointly with Russia, smells with Russian occupation?
