Each of us delays from time to time. Procrastination is familiar to many and has already become the norm, but it also becomes a problem when it turns to a "working condition."

According to psychologists, 20% of people consider themselves chronic procrastinators. Chronic procrastination is not just the postponement of something in one particular area.

It would seem that what can happen if a person, instead of immediately carrying out the planned business, "stares into the phone" for an hour or two? The earth will not turn in the opposite direction, the oceans will not rise from the shores, and the sun will not drown in the Dnieper. Yes, but… People may be fired for constant delays. Failure to keep promises can lead to losing the trust of people who are important to us. If you don't call your relatives in time, there's a risk of finding out too late that they need help or support.


If procrastination has become systematic, it can seriously harm a person's reputation, authority, career, success, and life in general. Therefore, it must be fought.

Хороші поради. Мені допомагає планування: час роботи, час побайдикувати чи посидіти на Віоліті, час для хобі і за залишковим принципом домашні справи. Але це не працює, коли займаєшся тим, що ненавидиш. Мені подобається моя нинішня робота і виконую її із задоволенням, а ось попередню просто ненавиділа і всі прийоми з плануванням, таймерами тощо були марні
