Blackhole, PR stunt, or fight for the future? Why does Zelenskyi need a "super university" in Kyiv?

At the beginning of the week, Volodymyr Zelenskyi made a new "grand gesture" announcing the construction of the Presidential University of the Future in the capital's Expocenter complex. Three years are allotted for the project and they're going to spend as much as 7.2 billion hryvnias.

Why did they decide to take up education on Bankova, what is known about the project, and will the Presidential University create colossal problems for the people of Kyiv? Rubryka answers.
