Hunting for Vovk. Why Zelenskyi attacked the most odious court in Ukraine

A few weeks before the end of 2020, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi promised that the primary task for the next 365 days would be judicial reform. At that time, many thought that the head of state was hinting at continuing the war with the rebellious Constitutional Court, but it turned out that he wanted to strike the first blow at another odious establishment, the Kyiv District Administrative Court, where the famous Pavlo Vovk has presided for ten years.
