"Normandy" new way: how negotiations on Donbas can change

In 2021, Volodymyr Zelenskyi's team seems to have comprehensive plans for the Normandy format. The talks between the heads of states of Ukraine, Russia, France, and Germany are the most status platform for negotiations on the war in eastern Ukraine, the one that the president promised to end.

Holding a new summit to get a full truce from Moscow, exchanges of prisoners and global agreements on the return of ORDLO, and even reviewing the not-very-favorable-for-Ukraine "Minsk agreements," while the front is still unsettled. We explain whether this plan will succeed in the next months.
