And why authorities may also tighten Ukrainian weekend quarantine

On Tuesday, November 17, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine listened to the "coronavirus" report of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. The decision to lift the quarantine on the weekend failed, but deputies still decided that the government would have to warn citizens in advance about tightening the quarantine.
The business didn't like returning to restrictions, so protests took place under the Cabinet again. Shmyhal said that citizens' activity decreased by about a quarter over the weekend, but the incidence rate continues to rise. The government doesn't rule out the possibility of a strict lockdown for at least 3 weeks if the pace doesn't decline.
Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Viktor Liashko said COVAX would provide free coronavirus vaccines to Ukraine for 20% of the population. European countries are also preparing to accept the doses in warehouses and distribute them among their residents. At the moment, vaccine trials show at least 90% effectiveness, but, of course, predicting the time of overcoming the disease before mass vaccination is inappropriate.
We learned and asked the locals what restrictions have already been introduced by our neighbors on the continent and what they plan for the near future. Let's start with the nearest.
