"What am I against? Against growing marijuana! Against us having cannabis plantations, which under conditions of imperfect law and order, let's put it mildly, will be everywhere. The country, a poor country, will turn into a country of drug addicts," with these words the People's Deputy of the Servant of the People party, Danyla Hetmantsev expressed his position on the new draft law №4553 and similar drafts on "legalization of cannabis" on the air of the TV show on the Ukraine 24 channel.
The project proposes to amend several legislative acts at once, regulating the circulation of hemp for medical purposes, scientific and technical activities and industry. The changes include:
