Hennadiy Kernes dies: how will odious Kharkiv mayor be remembered?

Hennadiy Kernes died from the coronavirus in Germany tonight, December 17. His friend Pavlo Fuks reported this:
"Tonight the huge kind heart of my best friend Hennadiy Kernes has stopped," he wrote.
According to Fuks, Kernes died because of serious complications in the work of vital organs and his body systems.
The information was also confirmed by Kernes' ex-wife Oksana Haisynska and son Radion Haisynskyi.
