There are already 30 dead and 75 injured. Among the seriously injured is a 9-year-old girl who was walking near the house at the time.
More than 550 rescuers, policemen, doctors, utility workers, and volunteers are working non-stop at the scene of the tragedy.
Firefighters finally released the fire that started in the house from the impact. About half of the structures crushed by the Russian rocket have already been dismantled.
