📌 At night, russian terrorists launched a massive shelling of Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles. They hit one educational institution, infrastructure facilities, and residential buildings. 📌 The text of the prayer "Our Lord" was found on the wall at one of the police department cells in liberated Balaklia, Kharkiv region, where the occupiers kept Ukrainians. People who were kept there told about brutal torture. Moreover, the russians turned off the ventilation system so that all the prisoners could hear the screams of the people being tortured.

📌 The Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft state budget of Ukraine for 2023; more than 1.1 trillion UAH, or almost 50% of all money, will be directed to the security and defense sector. 35% will be allocated to social programs.
