"How would it be determined if someone launched a missile attack on a medical center in Dallas or Dresden? Isn't it terrorism? russia cut off the lives of civilians just at the time when a conference on russian war crimes was taking place in the Netherlands, in The Hague. Does the world remember any other terrorist organization that would allow itself such audacity? russia has thus shown its attitude to international law, to Europe, and the entire civilized world," the president added.
Since the beginning of the war, the occupiers have carried out more than 17,000 strikes on civilian objects in Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevhen Yenin.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out four airstrikes at occupiers' deployments in the south. Ukrainian aviation struck the russians near Pravdyne, Lozove, and Blahodatne, in the Kherson region. The South Operational Command reports.
