Money
The government has developed a special package to help businesses and employees. According to the package:
- Sole proprietors of the first and second groups are completely exempt from paying a single social security tax.
- Group 3 enterprises and sole proprietors are exempt from paying single social security taxes for employees who have been called up to the Armed Forces and Territorial Defense.
- Exemption from payment of land taxes and rent for communal and state-owned land in all territories where hostilities are taking place.
Kyiv and regions

Today, half a thousand students and university teachers were evacuated from Kharkiv, said Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

Mykolaiv

Luhansk and Donetsk regions
The Security Service of Ukraine detained 13 militants from the ORDO near Maiorsk in the Donetsk region.
