According to him, concrete samples will be delivered after the Ukrainian military is trained. "We will install an anti-missile system that can save Odesa or Kyiv. We have also decided together with Britain and the United States to install rocket launchers." Asked whether Ukraine would be able to get German weapons in time to change the course of hostilities in the Donbas, Scholz said: "It will arrive on time."
