The Junior World Diving Championship occurred in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from November 24 to December 1. Athletes between the ages of 14 and 18 from 42 countries vied for 17 sets of medals.

Fourteen divers performed for Ukraine, nine of whom won at least one medal.

Specifically, the "blue-yellow" team included 14-year-old Mark Hrytsenko, who was set to compete in the 2024 Olympics. However, due to an arm injury, Oleksii Sereda substituted him.
