Russian troops launch drone strikes on Kropyvnytskyi, resulting in death, injuries, and fire
On the night of September 18, Russian troops attacked Kropyvnytskyi with UAVs, causing damage to residential buildings, a fire outbreak, and resulting in one death and one injury.
The head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych, reported that on Telegram.
According to Raikovych, the enemy attack caused damage to multiple residential buildings in the regional center.
"There was a fire in one of the yards. Unfortunately, there is a dead person," he added.
In addition, according to the regional military administration, a 90-year-old woman received minor injuries.

"Medics have already helped her. She does not need hospitalization. All relevant services are working on the spot," Raikovych added.
It should be noted that around 2:00 a.m., explosions rang out in Kropyvnytskyi during yet another Russian drone strike.
This morning, around 9:00 a.m., explosions rocked Kropyvnytskyi once again. The military had been alerted about the potential threat of Russian kamikaze drones, and the regional military administration made it clear that the occupiers were targeting the Kirovohrad region.

According to the military report, drones were observed moving along the border between the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions at 10:19 p.m. At 10:50 p.m., another unmanned aerial vehicle was spotted entering the Sumy region, heading south.
At 0:49, the Kyiv regional military administration was informed that a UAV had been detected in the region's airspace. Air defense forces are working on targets. Explosions also rang out in the capital, according to Rubryka correspondents' report.
Explosions in other Ukrainian cities:
- Explosions were reported in Dnipro suburbs at 0:52, according to Suspilne;
- Suspilne also informs of explosions heard in Kropyvnytskyi;
- At 3:36, explosions were heard in Sumy. Repeated explosions were reported at 5:08 by Suspilne journalists.
Russian occupying forces attacked energy facilities in the city of Sumy with attack drones, and the liquidation of the consequences of the attack continues.
In addition, on the evening of September 17, Russian invaders massively attacked the Zaporizhzhia region, as a result of which two people were killed and five more were injured.
On the night of September 18, the Russian invaders carried out a series of drone attacks in several regions of the country. Thankfully, Ukraine's air defense forces successfully shot down 46 Shahed UAVs, while five were lost in a specific location, and one returned to base.
