Zelensky discusses restoration of Odesa with Greek PM
Greece has joined the coalition of countries that will train the Ukrainian military to fly F-16s and is also preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine.
The Ukrainian president commented on the meeting that took place in Athens with the Greek premier minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
I proposed to Greece to help us secure Ukraine's new Black Sea corridor, guaranteeing freedom of navigation and unhindered grain exports. We discussed Greece's participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine, including the possibility of Greece taking the lead on the reconstruction of Odessa.
Greek PM assured that the state is ready to join the reconstruction of Ukraine with a focus on Odesa and the restoration of historical buildings destroyed by Russia.

This year, Ukraine is preparing to open EU accession negotiations and I thank Greece for supporting us on our path towards membership. I am particularly grateful to Prime Minister Mitsotakis for today's signing of the declaration in support of Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration.
