During fire distinguishing in the Donetsk region, rescuers from Kostiantynivka came under enemy fire twice, but no injured were reported.

Ukraine's State Emergency Service posted a relevant video on Telegram.

The video vividly shows how the rescuers are currently working in the Donetsk region. It was another, seemingly standard emergency call, and as soon as the rescuers started to extinguish the fire, enemy targeted stikes began, the State Emergency Service said.

While extinguishing the fire, the emergency workers again came under enemy shelling.

Fortunately, none of the rescuers were injured. Despite everything, our guys are working! With faith in Victory and a peaceful future! the State Emergency Service stressed.

Russian forces injured one resident of the Donetsk region during another shelling on July 9.

On the morning of July 8, Russian troops opened fire on the town of Lyman in the Donetsk region using multiple rocket launchers. The shelling killed at least eight people and injured 13 others of varying severity.

During the 500 days of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, emergency responders have extinguished more than 15,000 fires, and psychologists have provided assistance to 222,000 Ukrainians.
