"We will stand by Ukraine as long as it takes" – von der Leyen
On the 500th day of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, assured that the EU will continue to support Kyiv.
She wrote that on Twitter.
"500 days of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine. 500 days of brave Ukrainian resistance. 500 days of steadfast European support for Ukraine. We will stand by Ukraine as long as it takes."
