For reference:
As reported, on March 29, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke at the plenary session of the second Summit for Democracy chaired by the President of the United States.
The President of Ukraine highlighted that the Ukrainian fighters needed to respond quickly to the enemy's assaults and that sanctions against russia were not keeping up with its aggression. He noted that the global pressure on the russian elite was insufficient and the support for Ukrainian soldiers was lacking, while the will of those seeking to destroy democracy was stronger than people's resolve to defend it, and urged partners to speed up their efforts.
