"At night and in the morning, there were strikes on the civil infrastructure again, fortunately, without casualties," Sobolevskyi said at first.
The head of the region, Yanushevych, clarified that as of the morning of November 22, two people were killed and seven were injured due to russian shelling in the city.
According to the head of the region, the russian invaders are firing with cannon artillery, mortars, and MLRS.
The emergency medical aid center reported that the dead from russian shelling were:
- A 61-year-old woman who received an explosive brain injury and injuries to both lower legs,
- A 37-year-old man with a neck injury and vascular damage. He was standing on the balcony when a shell hit the apartment.
The head of the city's military administration, Halyna Luhova, reported that the russians were constantly shelling the town from the left bank.
She noted that there were strikes in the Dnipro district, the Canning Plant area, and Korabeliv Square. The houses are destroyed.
As a result of the shelling, a resident of the Dniprovskyi district was injured when a russian projectile hit the residential building around seven in the morning. Another woman was injured when a rocket hit a house in the center of Kherson.
The injured were taken to the hospital.
In some houses, the glass in the windows flew out. The roof was damaged, and the top caught fire in one of the houses. Lifeguards work on the scene.
Also, in the morning, the branch of Nova Poshta on Kindiiske Shosse street was damaged, as Luhova reported.
In addition, according to her, residents of Antonivka came under russian shelling. There, a mortar shell hit a house, resulting in one person being slightly injured.
"The russian military shelled a residential quarter in the Dnipro district. Three people were seriously injured. It is also known that a man was brought to the hospital with a diagnosis of an explosive injury, and his legs were amputated," she added.
As a result of the shelling of Kherson and nearby Antonivka on November 21, one person died, and at least four people were hospitalized.
