As a result of an attack by kamikaze drones in Kyiv on the morning of October 17, a fire broke out in a residential building in the capital's Shevchenkiv district, and people remain under the rubble.
As Kyiv's mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko, reported, 18 people have been rescued from the building at the moment: "According to preliminary information, two residents remain under the rubble. Rescue operations are ongoing. The extinguishing of destroyed building structures and the demolition of rubble are ongoing. Are there any casualties – we are clarifying the information."
