In particular, the russians stole grain in Melitopol and loaded it into the ports of Feodosia and Sevastopol. The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, confirmed that the occupiers were moving a massive amount of grain from the region by trains and trucks on public roads to ports in russia and Crimea.
