The russian media published the information, the Head of State reports.
According to the russian media, the occupying "administrations" of the captured parts of the Donetsk region, Luhansk region, Kherson region, and Zaporizhzhia region stated that according to the results of pseudo-referendums, the majority of residents of these regions allegedly voted to join the russian federation.

- Donetsk region — 99.23%.
The russian invaders claim that the turnout at the pseudo-referendums in various regions allegedly ranged from 78% to more than 97%.
Ukraine's reaction to the results of the so-called referenda
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that "this farce in the occupied territory cannot even be called an imitation of referendums."
"We knew in advance what would be drawn instead of the result. Even the intelligence did not have to try very hard. The agreed numbers for this farce were thrown into the mass media. Russia is not even hiding," the President said.
Zelensky also emphasized that "the only rational response to such audacity of the occupier" is even more support for Ukraine. The President thanked the Ukrainian partners who "confirm such support." It is defensive, financial, and sanctioning.
At the meeting of the Security Council, Zelensky emphasized that russia's so-called Crimean scenario and another attempt to annex Ukrainian territory will mean that there is "nothing to talk about" with vladimir putin, which is clear and understandable.
How the "voting" took place under the muzzles of machine guns
On September 23, pseudo-referendums on joining russia began in the temporarily captured regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
These "referendums" were held under the control of the russian military. Residents of the occupied territories and local authorities said armed groups of occupiers go around houses with bulletins and threaten when people do not want to open their doors.
"Voting" lasted five days until September 27. On the last day, "voting" took place at polling stations, and on the previous days, "for security purposes" on the residential housing territory by applications at home.
Foreign countries, in particular, the USA and other countries of the Great Seven, European countries, Kazakhstan and Serbia, have announced that they will not recognize the "results" of pseudo-referendums.
