Ukraine and Britain discussed arms supplies and security
On April 29, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba held telephone talks with his British counterpart Liz Truss. The foreign ministers discussed the supply of weapons, the oil embargo, and security guarantees.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
"Kuleba and Truss discussed further arms supplies to Ukraine and agreed on the need to impose a full embargo on russian oil imports to Europe as soon as possible," the statement said.
It is noted that a full embargo means a complete cessation of supplies from russia and should apply to oil mixtures.
The Foreign Ministers also discussed security guarantees for Ukraine.
