The EU will send a mission to Ukraine to gather evidence of war crimes
The EU foreign ministers agreed to send a special mission to Ukraine. It will gather evidence of russia's war crimes.
This is stated in a statement by European Foreign Minister Josep Borrell.
According to him, funds will be allocated for the work on the detection of war crimes.
Also on Monday, April 11, EU foreign ministers met with International Criminal Court Prosecutor Karim Khan to discuss further action for Ukraine. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs.
"Those guilty of serious crimes must be brought to justice," he said.
According to him, Latvia supports the work of the prosecutor and has contributed 100 thousand euros for funding.

Earlier, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published data from the russian military 234th Assault Regiment. They committed genocide against the Ukrainian people in Borodianka, Kyiv region.
