Zelensky: some weapons that came from Europe were delivered late
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi states that certain weapons provided by Western partners arrived too late
He said this in an interview with the Associated Press, writes "European Pravda".
"All the equipment, all that they are already sending, for some types of equipment it was done too late. So when we talk about Mariupol, for example, when you lose thousands of people, and what now?
I see the 100% support from the leaders of some countries, that's right. And some European leaders have changed their position, but you see the price of these changes, "Zelensky said.
Asked whether Ukraine had received enough weapons to make a difference in the war, the president said: "Not yet, not yet."
The President also stressed that if Ukraine was a member of NATO, this war would not exist or it would look different.
"It would have unfolded differently, we would have had a shoulder of close neighbors, we could have fought together. But I am sure that there would still be no war," he added.
