The invaders are shelling residential neighborhoods.
"Bombs hit homes.
There are hits in the building of the Azov State Technical University in the city center.
The bombing in the area of the Drama Theater was also recorded. Information about the victims is being clarified.
The Russian fascists are deliberately attacking the civilian population of Mariupol!" the statement reads.
According to the city council, half a million people are without electricity, water, heat, and communication.
