More than 1,100 residents in Mariupol died during 2 weeks of the war - City Council
Since the start of the full-scale war against Russia, more than 1,100 civilians have died in Mariupol
This was stated by Deputy Mayor Serhii Orlov, the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security reports.
Orlov stressed that Mariupol was under constant shelling by Russia. The genocide of Ukrainians is taking place in the city.
According to the City Council, at least 1,170 civilians were killed in the city, and 47 were buried in a mass grave today.
"People are without water, heat, electricity, gas, residents are melting snow to drink and burning firewood.
What is this but a real genocide of Ukrainians, started by Putin and his generals? We will not forgive the Moscow invasion for the destruction of the Ukrainian people!" the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security wrote.
