Eyewitnesses report a powerful explosion near the Kyiv railway station
This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia, Rubryka reports.

"Russian terrorists have launched an airstrike on the Southern Railway Station in Kyiv, where thousands of Ukrainian women and children are being evacuated.
The shell hit near the Ibis Hotel, the station building withstood and suffered minor damage," the statement said.
