The United Kingdom closing all of its ports to Russia
The Minister of Transport Grant Schapps appealed to all ports of the country not to provide access to any Russian ships.
Schapps stated on Twitter, Rubryka reports.
"Today I've written to all UK ports asking them not to provide access to any Russian flagged, registered, owned, controlled, chartered or operated vessels. Given Putin's actions in Ukraine I've made clear these vessels are NOT welcome here with prohibiting legislation to follow," he declared.

He also stressed in the message that water transport was key in international trade.
Britain has therefore decided to limit Russia's economic interests and hold the Russian government accountable for its actions.
"We will help British ports identify Russian ships and will notify ports of the identification of banned ships bound for Britain," the British government wrote.
