The US Congress' second delegation visit program released

A delegation of the US Congress will meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, and People's Deputies during a visit to Ukraine on Friday.

This was reported in the press service of the US Embassy, ​​Ukrinform reports.

"Members of the US House of Representatives arrived in Ukraine to reaffirm Ukraine's bipartisan support and show US commitment to diplomatic efforts and dialogue amid Russia's continued build-up of troops on Ukraine's border," the embassy said.

The delegation includes members of the US House of Representatives, Gregory Meeks, Ami Bera, Sara Jacobs, David Cicilline, Mikie Sherrill, Chrissy Houlahan, and Republicans Mark Green, August Pfluger, and Victoria Spartz.

The members of the delegation will also visit the Wall of Remembrance of the victims of the war in Ukraine in Donbas and hold a briefing for the media.

The embassy noted that on Thursday, February 27, the delegation met with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov.

On January 17, a delegation from the US Congress, including Republican Senators Rob Portman, Kevin Cramer, Roger Wicker, and Democratic Senators Chris Murphy, Jeanne Shaheen, Amy Klobuchar, and Richard Blumenthal, reportedly visited Kyiv.
