Rada includes an anti-oligarchic package of draft laws on agenda
Draft laws on de-oligarchization are included in the agenda of the Verkhovna Rada of the current plenary week.
The relevant decision was made by voting during the Conciliation Council, Ukrinform reports.
Thus, according to the adopted decision, during the plenary week, which will last September 21-24, people's deputies will consider draft laws №5599 "On prevention of threats to national security associated with the excessive influence of persons of significant economic or political importance in public life (oligarchs) and №5600 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine to ensure balanced budget revenues" in the second reading.
In addition, the agenda of the current plenary week includes draft laws №5851 "On amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine 'On currency and currency transactions' concerning the performance of functions of currency supervision agents by banks," №5852 "On amendments to Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine 'On public procurement' on procurement of legal services by the National Bank of Ukraine," №5853 "On amendments to Article 33 of the Budget Code of Ukraine to clarify the information submitted by the National Bank of Ukraine for the preparation of the Budget Declaration."
