"What am I against? Against growing marijuana! Against us having cannabis plantations, which under conditions of imperfect law and order, let's put it mildly, will be everywhere. The country, a poor country, will turn into a country of drug addicts," with these words the People's Deputy of the Servant of the People party, Danyla Hetmantsev expressed his position on the new draft law №4553 and similar drafts on "legalization of cannabis" on the air of the TV show on the Ukraine 24 channel.
