Ukraine launches an export web portal with tips and services for exporters
The Unified Export Web Portal has appeared on the Diia.Business platform. It is already running in test mode at the link.
This is a "single window" that consolidates and merges all available information for exporters and companies interested in exports, the Ministry of Digital Transformation reports.
Export web platforms are effective tools used by governments and trade facilitation organizations around the world to increase national exports and support businesses to enter new markets.
The single export web portal will provide support to Ukrainian exporters and those interested in exporting through:
- Information. The resource is clearly organized for the needs of an entrepreneur at different stages of export activity, shows what tools the entrepreneur will need to analyze foreign markets, how to use them, and what are the requirements for products, export procedures, certification, etc.
- Opportunities. The web portal contains advice on the research of foreign markets, analysis of potential markets. There are also opportunities to facilitate the search for buyers abroad, that provide support for participation in international business events: trade missions, exhibitions, and fairs, providing institutional and financial support to entrepreneurs to develop export potential.
- Tools. The platform implements effective and convenient tools that help solve a wide range of tasks related to business internationalization, from auditing the company's export activities to finding partners abroad. Simple, free, and available for companies from any sector and ready to export.
- Services. Specialists of the Office have developed a system of integrated approach to addressing issues related to export activities, from gaining an understanding of the company's readiness for foreign economic activity, ending with implementing their ideas with the help of selected external experts.
- Data on foreign markets. It is now possible to study new markets thanks to large amounts of analytical information, organized by countries and markets.
"Creating a single export web portal in the format of a one-stop-shop, when everything necessary for exporters is on one website, is an important step towards building a full-fledged ecosystem of business support in Ukraine," Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Ionan said.
All information on the web portal, including standard forms required for various procedures and requests, is free.
The only export web portal is located in a secure data center and meets global standards for protection against cyber threats. User information is stored in an encrypted form to prevent them from being intercepted or stolen.
