Ukraine launched a chatbot to protect children on the Internet
Stop Sexting chatbot launched in Ukraine to protect children from sexual violence on the Internet.
Anastasia Diakova, an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation on Internet Security, told about it on the air of the DOM TV channel.
According to her, with this chatbot, children and adolescents can get instructions on what to do and where to go if someone blackmails them on the Internet and demands sexual content.
"You enter a Stop Sexting Bot in the Telegram and get on this bot. You ask your questions. The bot then offers answer options. You find a solution," Diakova explained.
She added that if the bot doesn't know the answers to the questions related to sexual violence on the Internet, it will "offer to leave a question, and our team will answer you by e-mail." "Or you can connect to the counseling service of psychological help, where psychologists will provide assistance," the adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister said.
