United to win: Ukraine to receive new humanitarian aid package from Vietnam

Ukraine to receive new humanitarian aid package from Vietnam
Ukraine will receive a new humanitarian aid package worth 500,000 US dollars from Vietnam. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that this support is particularly crucial ahead of the winter season.
Rubryka reports that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced the decision, expressing gratitude to Vietnam for the assistance and emphasizing the importance of this step for Ukrainians during a challenging period.
"We deeply appreciate this meaningful gesture of goodwill, sympathy, and solidarity with the Ukrainian people in these difficult times. Particularly timely ahead of winter," Sybiha noted.
The foreign minister highlighted that the gesture reaffirms the longstanding friendship, mutual respect, and understanding between the two nations.
"We highly value Vietnam's contribution to humanitarian efforts aimed at helping those in need and alleviating human suffering," he emphasized.
The minister expressed hope that the new assistance package will further strengthen friendly relations between Ukraine and Vietnam while deepening bilateral cooperation for the benefit of both nations.
Background
It should be noted that a year ago, the "Cultures of the World" festival took place in Vietnam's capital, Hà Nội, uniting traditions from dozens of countries worldwide. Ukraine was among the attendees, presenting its crafts, art, and national cuisine and introducing visitors to authentic Ukrainian culture.
Additionally, Ukraine is considering cooperation with Vietnam on recruiting workers for post-war reconstruction. The experience of Romania, which actively utilizes Vietnamese labor, could serve as a foundation for establishing transparent and mutually beneficial regulations.
