According to sources cited by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty journalist Alex Raufoglu, the ballistic strike on Kyiv occurred without warning once again. According to his information, this situation has happened repeatedly.
Previously, the Ukrainian military received advance warnings about ballistic missile launches from the US. These notifications gave people several extra minutes to reach shelters and allowed air defense forces to prepare to repel the attack.
