A Ukrainian-language audio guide has been launched at the Royal Delft Museum in the Netherlands, allowing visitors to learn about the history of famous Delft ceramics, local pottery traditions, and ceramic manufacturing techniques in their native language.

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Netherlands announced the launch of the audio guide, Rubryka reports.

The rollout of the Ukrainian audio guide took place as part of the initiative led by First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.

During the opening, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands Andrii Kostin thanked Dutch partners and the Ukrainian community for supporting initiatives to promote the Ukrainian language and culture.

Royal Delft is a ceramic manufactory founded in 1653. It stands as the only 17th-century Delft earthenware factory that has survived to this day and continues operating to produce traditional white-and-blue Delft Blue pottery.

The exposition also features items where traditional techniques blend with modern design.

In her address at the audio guide launch, Olena Zelenska emphasized the importance of preserving traditional crafts. She noted that ceramic workshops operate in nearly every region of Ukraine, including frontline areas where craftspeople preserve their art despite destruction.
