Russian strikes on Kharkiv region kill six and injure 12, damage residential high-rise in Khmelnytskyi region

Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov and Khmelnytskyi Mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn reported the attacks, according to Rubryka.

On the morning of September 24, the Russian army attacked an agricultural enterprise in the village of Stara Hnylytsia in the Kharkiv region. The strike killed six people and injured 12 others.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the dead included two men and four women. Officials initially reported that eight people were injured, all of whom were farm workers.
"Among the dead are two men and four women. Currently, eight injured are reported—all are farm workers," Syniehubov reported.

The head of the region later updated the casualty count, stating that the number of injured in the Russian strike on the agricultural enterprise rose to 12.
Medical personnel are providing all victims with the necessary medical assistance.
Khmelnytskyi
In Khmelnytskyi, on the morning of September 24, a drone struck near an apartment building during the Russian attack.

According to the mayor, air defense forces operated during the attack.
"A terrorist rashist attack on Khmelnytskyi continues. Air defense forces are operating. As a result of the attack, an apartment building sustained damage. Windows were blown out, and balconies and cars were damaged," Symchyshyn reported.
He noted that no casualties have been reported so far.
Municipal services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

At the same time, eyewitnesses on social media reported a drone attack and published footage showing a strike near a high-rise building.

On September 24, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles, triggering a series of explosions in the capital. The Russian attack killed two people and increased the number of injured to eight. Debris falls, fires, and destruction were recorded across several districts, damaging warehouses, administrative and private buildings, and facilities near a maternity hospital:
- In the Solomianskyi district, warehouses were partially destroyed, and fire spread to the basements. Paramedics hospitalized three injured individuals.
- In the Podilskyi district, Russian forces struck near a maternity hospital, causing a fire in the parking area. At another location in the same district, a single-story non-residential building caught fire.
- In the Dniprovskyi district, the attack damaged a three-story administrative building, with one person reported injured. At another address, the strike destroyed a private house, where emergency personnel rescued one person, while two neighboring houses were damaged.
Russian forces also struck Odesa, damaging medical and educational institutions alongside residential buildings. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties, with utility services and operational headquarters working on-site to assist residents.
