Russian drone strike on Kyiv region horse club kills 7 animals

On the night of September 7, during a massive Russian drone attack, three enemy Shahed UAVs struck the territory of a horse club in the Kyiv region.
This was reported by Hromadske, cited by Rubryka.
The club's owner, Yulia, explained that due to the heat, the horses had been released to walk freely around the premises at night so they could breathe fresh air.
Russian drones targeted the facility one after another, causing destruction.

As a result of the strike, seven sport horses were killed, while two others survived unharmed. No people were injured.
Law enforcement officers are working at the scene.
Caution: Sensitive content. According to local channels, enemy Shaheds hit the equestrian club in Kozhukhivka, Kyiv region. The animals were killed, with the third strike proving fatal.
As a reminder, according to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, an 18-year-old girl was injured in Brovary during the Russian attack. She sustained a leg wound.
"Unfortunately, there is a victim. As a result of the enemy attack in Brovary, an 18-year-old girl received a leg wound. She is currently hospitalized in a local hospital, where she is receiving all necessary medical care," Kalashnyk said.
The official also reported on the consequences of the attack in the region:
- in the Brovarskyi district, a private house and warehouses were damaged;
- in the Buchanskyi district, two private houses were damaged;
- in the Fastivskyi district, a private house and stables were damaged, and seven horses were killed.
Kalashnyk added that more detailed information will be provided later.
Russia's attack on September 7
As a reminder, on the night of September 7, Russian forces carried out a massive combined attack on Ukraine. Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Kremenchuk came under fire.
In Kryvyi Rih, three men were injured, while casualties were also reported in Sumy region and Zaporizhzhia following attacks on the evening of September 6.
During the drone strike on the capital, falling debris was recorded, which caused multiple fires. For the first time since February 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv was hit. A woman and her two-month-old child were killed in the city, and more than 20 people were injured.
According to official reports, Russia launched a total of 818 aerial attack vehicles overnight, of which Ukrainian air defense forces intercepted 751.
Confirmed strikes included nine missiles and 56 Shahed-type drones at 37 different locations, while fragments of downed aerial targets were recorded at eight sites.
