Later, President Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the Russian strike and published a video.
Ordinary Ukrainian cities: Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipro. Ordinary life, and Russian strikes that should never have happened. Every day in Ukraine is marked by large-scale attacks with strike drones, mostly "Shaheds"—it was Iran that taught Russia how to produce such drones.

He noted that against the backdrop of the strikes, it is inappropriate to talk about easing pressure on Russia.
"Today, more than a dozen drones have hit our Kharkiv, one of the largest cities in Ukraine. Ordinary buildings have been damaged, and as of now, eight people have been injured, including a 12-year-old girl. No country should go through this.
And against this background, it is definitely inappropriate and unhelpful to talk about easing pressure on Russia, lifting sanctions, etc.," Zelensky stressed.

- an 18-year-old girl,
- her 26-year-old brother,
