"At the meeting, we agreed to work in new areas—artificial intelligence and strengthening cyber resilience," the report says.

The ministry emphasized that they will also collaborate on the following initiatives:

  • Cashless economy: In the eRecovery program, Visa and the ministry developed the anti-fraud system "dyed money" to ensure funds are used exclusively for reconstruction. They aim to scale this approach to other countries.
  • Entrepreneurship development through Diia.Business: With Visa's support, the ministry has conducted two seasons of the visionary women's accelerator "Vidvazhna," with plans to announce a third season soon.
  • Training digital transformation leaders: Visa is a key partner of the CDTO Campus. Over the past year, 440 future digital leaders have graduated, and in 2025, the ministry plans to expand the program by opening new faculties and training five times more students.
  • Developing the digital state brand: Visa supports the organization of the Diia Summit in Ukraine and internationally.
