Russian occupiers strike Dobropillia in Donetsk region, killing eleven and injuring 30

On the night of March 8, Russian forces executed a series of three attacks targeting a residential area in the city of Dobropillia, located in the Donetsk region. These assaults tragically resulted in the deaths of at least 11 individuals and left 30 others with injuries of varying severity.
The head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, and the State Emergency Service (SES) reported that.
The head of the region reported that Russian forces carried out three strikes on the city during the night. Preliminary information indicates that four high-rise buildings sustained damage due to the attacks.
"At least five people were killed and 15 injured – these are the preliminary consequences of the strikes on Dobropillia," the head of the regional military administration initially noted.
Filashkin added that the final number of victims and the extent of the destruction will be established later.

"Right now, authorities, police, rescuers and all responsible services are working at the scene of the hits," he emphasized.
In the morning, rescuers reported that the number of people killed as a result of Russian strikes in Dobropillia, Donetsk region, had increased to at least 11, with another 30 people injured.

Rescuers added that the following were damaged:
- eight five-story buildings,
- an administrative building,
- 30 cars.
Fires broke out in residential buildings and an administrative building.
"During firefighting efforts, the occupiers launched another strike, likely utilizing a Shahed UAV, which damaged a fire engine. Despite the ongoing threat, rescue teams persist in their efforts. The fire was contained within 20 apartments, and three separate fires, covering a total area of 190 square meters, were successfully extinguished," the State Emergency Service specified.
For reference:
On March 7, the Russians shelled settlements in Donetsk region 19 times. Fifteen people were injured due to enemy attacks, and one person died in Kostiantynivka.
Private houses, high-rise buildings, administrative buildings, power lines and gas pipelines were damaged as a result of the shelling. 549 people, including ten children, were evacuated from the front line.
