Russian forces attack Ukraine with record 267 drones and 3 missiles

This information was reported by Rubryka, citing the Telegram channel of Ukraine's Air Force.
According to military sources, the attack began on the evening of February 22 at 19:00 and involved 267 Shahed attack drones and other simulator UAVs. The drones were launched from seven locations: Orel, Bryansk, Kursk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as Chauda in occupied Crimea.
The attack also included three Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles launched from Crimea.
Ukraine's air defenses responded using:
- Aviation forces
- Anti-aircraft missile units
- Electronic warfare systems
- Mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces
Enemy drones were intercepted over the regions of Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk.
"As of 08:00, 138 Shahed attack drones and other UAVs had been confirmed shot down," the report stated.
Additionally, 119 simulator drones did not reach their intended locations and caused no damage. Three of these drones drifted toward Belarus, while one crossed into Russia.
The military also reported that the Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Poltava, Kyiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions suffered damage as a result of the attack.

Let us remind you that last night, the enemy targeted not only Kyiv but also the Odesa region, Zaporizhzhia, and Kryvyi Rih.
In the evening, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, resulting in one fatality and injuries to five others of varying severity. Preliminary reports indicate that the strike damaged 12 apartment buildings, a civil infrastructure facility, as well as several social and industrial buildings and vehicles.

A 53-year-old woman was injured in a nighttime attack in Zaporizhzhia. The injured woman was hospitalized.
Rescuers extinguished a fire that broke out in a two-story residential building and a truck, covering an area of 80 square meters. The blast wave and debris also caused damage to nearby houses.
