Kryvyi Rih has inaugurated the region's first modular center, "I Am a Veteran," which offers more than 600 comprehensive services.
The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported this.
What is the problem?
Inna Pavlenko, head of the Department of Social Policy at the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, highlighted that the Dnipropetrovsk region has the largest veteran population and that many high-quality documents originate from this region.
In turn, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, emphasized that digitalization is one area that is given significant attention. Joint efforts here make services even more accessible and high-quality.

What is the solution?
The new Center for Soldiers and Their Families offers over 600 services. Among the most popular are:
- Issuing local "veteran cards" that provide discounts in stores and pharmacies;
- Assisting with receiving benefits and subsidies;
- Facilitating registration of place of residence;
- Assisting with property ownership registration.
Previously, comprehensive services were available at the Administrative Services Centers. Now, it will be housed in a separate building. Additionally, the number of administrators will increase threefold.

How does it work?
The new office employs 14 specialists, alongside representatives from the Pension Fund and the Employment Center, who also provide services. Additionally, visitors can receive legal advice and learn how to apply for a grant to start their own business properly.
The United Nations Development Program financed the modular structure, furniture, and computer equipment.

"This is the ninth module in Ukraine dedicated to providing administrative services. These centers are constructed on a turnkey basis, complete with installed furniture, equipment, and server systems. They are equipped with ventilation and air conditioning and feature high-quality repairs," Anatolii Moloshny, a UNDP analyst for developing administrative services, noted.

The foundation was funded locally, with communications installed and landscaped in the surrounding area.
"As a veteran, working on this facility was especially rewarding, knowing that it was being created for myself and my fellow veterans," a combatant, head of the city council's capital repair department Valerii Katkin, shared. "I use the services at this center—it's fast, convenient, and of high quality. You can ask any questions, such as where to get dentures, how to obtain legal advice, or where to study or play sports, and they will definitely assist you."
