Ukraine and Moldova sign agreement for mutual recognition of educational diplomas and academic degrees

The agreement stipulates the following:
- Mutual recognition of academic degrees for scientists from both countries.
- Employment opportunities for Ukrainian and Moldovan citizens educated in their respective homelands.
- Consideration of professional categories and work experience when hiring teachers in both countries.
