Mobile clinics for communities and military assistance from partners — five leading solutions of the week

Rubryka offers a short digest of the TOP-5 solutions of the week that bring Ukraine's victory closer:

🇱🇹 Lithuania announced a new batch of military aid for Ukraine. The package includes Lithuanian-made drones, thermal imagers, and five-ton telescopic loaders for the Ukrainian military.
🤝 Ukraine and Albania signed a bilateral security agreement. The agreement focuses on deepening cooperation in the defense-industrial sector, with additional provisions on economic partnership, holding Russia accountable, and collaborating on Ukraine's reconstruction.
🚑 With support from the German government, Ukrainian communities received 20 mobile clinics. These units aim to improve access to essential medical services in areas where healthcare has been disrupted due to Russian attacks and wartime challenges.
💥 The General Staff confirmed damage to Russia's Ryazan refinery and the Kremniy El plant in Bryansk. The affected plant produces microcircuits and components critical to the Russian army's strategic weapons systems.
🇺🇦 For the first time in 25 years, a Ukrainian film will compete for the top prize at the Berlinale festival. "Timestamp" depicts the mosaic of school life in Ukraine during the war, highlighting the educational process and daily lives of teachers and students in various regions.
